Return Policy
We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your Dixie Towing product. However, if you need to return a part, call our Customer Service Department at 888-864-7016
within 30 days of receiving your product. We will issue you a Return
Authorization Number. The RA Number should appear on the exterior of
the shipping carton (preferably on the shipping label).
Returns without a RA Number will be refused and returned freight collect. All returns are subject to a restocking fee.
Delivery Policy
All products are shipped F.O.B. Chattanooga, TN
Warranties
Dixie
Towing will provide you with any product warranty information you need.
Contact us with the part number and the addresss where the information
should be sent.
Minimum Order
Orders must total at least $20.00
Updating or Cancelling Orders
If you need to update or cancel your order, simply contact us at 888-864-7016 and our Customer Service Department will be glad to help you.
Tracking Orders
Our
Customer Service Department will be happy to track your order for you.
To protect your customers from possible fraud, we do not provide
tracking numbers via email.
